We provide process engineering in Project Management and Earned Value Management. This service can help organizations define their processes, policies, and procedures to implement these project and program management tools. We specialize in implementing Earned Value Management Systems to meet ANSI 748 Guidelines, or tailored simpler EVM systems.

Management Technologies also performs EIA-748 third-party certification of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). This results in identification of any systemic gaps in meeting the US ANSI 748 standard for EVMS, or certification that the organization is meeting the standard.
